Contemporary dance

Contemporary dance is a series of dance styles that include modern and postmodern dance and is based on numerous choreographic movements.

This style arose from the desire to defy classical dance techniques (such as classical ballet) and to juggle improvisation, balance, difficult grips and natural movements.

The transformations that contemporary dance brings are not only aesthetic but also attitude. In addition to releasing stress, children develop grace and control and manage to experience a wonderful inner spectacle. Little ones can learn a lot about themselves through body movements, finding the essential connection between mind and body.
